VISITS
From the leading edge of technology in Silicon Valley to the social innovation empowering the poor of rural Bangladesh, our networks and connections enable Wavelength to create and execute a range of unique world-class study tours.
Our Best In Class visits are framed around particular themes about which we and our clients are passionate and curious. Our journeys through Vegas and California for Wavelength USA, for example, focused on how to achieve and maintain customer service excellence; how in a digital age all we think we know about business models and consumer interactions are being revolutionized. Our Inside Grameen social innovation visit brought us into the heart of the struggles of the poor in Bangladesh and how social entrepreneurs and big business can combine for big impact. Closer to home – with the board of Unilever – we created a four day immersion into the best of the UK’s product and service innovation cultures.
Sometimes our tours are open to anyone and are a rich and diverse mix of business leaders and social innovators. Sometimes – as with Unilever – we create a bespoke experience for a single client.
In June 2011 Wavelength USA took a group of amazing Leaders to get inside some of America’s most pioneering, successful and disruptive businesses. We visited Zappos, Google, IDEOm EA Games and spent some time getting under the skin of the unique ecosystem that is silicon valley. Watch this space for Wavelength USA 2012!Read more
For a week in 2009 and in 2010, we gathered an international group of social entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and innovators in Bangladesh. We spent time getting under the skin of Grameen, the world’s best-known social purpose company.Read more
